We are happy to announce this transformative holotropic inner healing retreat in the South of Portugal in collaboration with an international transformative team

This 5-days intensive will be an intimate, transformative and healing journey guided by an international team of (psycho)therapists & facilitators and will be held surrounded by absolute nature and views on the South Coast of Portugal

We provide a sequential experience with holotropic breathwork and Entheogenic work.

Next to this deep transformational work, complementary (body)work is integrated during this 5-days retreat with yoga & nidra, soft pranayama, mantra en meditation
